Hi, my name is Sonia, and I came here to get my earlobe repaired. Prior to the procedure, I was really nervous. When I first walked in, the staff made me feel really welcome. They have a top-of-the-line facility. They talked me through everything; they made sure that I was comfortable and happy — they even turned on music for me. The reason that I ended up coming here was just because of Dr. Schulhof. He explained to me exactly what was going to happen and why it had to happen that way. My procedure went splendidly.
