Dr. Aryeh Mahana was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He is well-versed in sedation, bone grafting, dental implants, maxillofacial trauma, craniomaxillofacial surgery, maxillofacial pathology and reconstruction, and nonsurgical cosmetics.
He is always growing and keeping up on the latest methods and surgical techniques. Dr. Mahana believes in patient centered treatment and understands the importance of patience through this process. He wants his patients to feel comfortable and safe in their decisions to pursue care.
Dr. Mahana obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Touro College where he graduated with honors. Dr. Mahana received his DMD degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, receiving Academic Scholarships for outstanding achievements, including the American Association of Oral Medicine Student Award. Upon graduation from dental school, he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at New York Medical College, which included serving as chief resident at Westchester Medical Center, a level I trauma center.
Dr. Mahana is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the New York Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Mahana enjoys swimming, running, skiing, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
